Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 June 2026
SportBloq is an IPTV player for the playlists you bring. We collect as little as possible to run your trial, your subscription, and sign-in. This policy explains exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Your email address: only when you subscribe. It identifies your subscription and is the address you sign in with. We don’t ask for it during the free trial.
- A device identifier: your Android device ID, used to run the 7-day free trial and to stop the same device claiming repeated free trials. It’s anonymous and isn’t linked to your email unless you sign in.
- Your device list: a label (for example, “Google Pixel 9”) and a last-seen time for each device signed in to your subscription, so you can manage the 3-device limit.
- Subscription status: active, cancelled, or expired, and the billing period, received from our payment provider.
What we do not collect
- Your playlist or what you watch. Your M3U URL and Xtream Codes credentials are stored encrypted on your device only. They are never sent to or stored on our servers, and we have no record of the channels, events, or streams you open.
- No trackers or analytics in the app or on this website.
- No payment card details. Those go straight to our payment provider and never reach the app.
Processors we use
We share the minimum necessary with the services that run SportBloq, and nothing is sold:
- Creem: our payment provider and merchant of record, for checkout, billing, and your subscription.
- Resend: to email your one-time sign-in codes.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription record while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and support. The anonymous device-trial record may be kept to prevent repeated free trials from the same device; it does not identify you.
Your choices
You can cancel and manage billing any time from the subscription portal. To request deletion of your account data, see Delete account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the playlist credentials held on your device.
Children
SportBloq is not directed to children and we don’t knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date above and post the new version here.
